Emirati Marketing Executive for an International Law Firm, Dubai

 

Responsibilities:

·       Work with the BD Manager and relevant stakeholders to drive forward the marketing strategy within the Middle East, ensuring that it is aligned to the wider marketing strategy

·       Work with the Partners and BD Manager to identify hot topics, and trends to form the basis of PR and client thought leadership campaigns – and creating and implementing a targeted strategy to raise the profile of the Middle East practice and Partners via PR, legal directories, website, social media and other channels

·       Plan and co-ordinate Middle East events, from inception to completion. Collaborate with the BD team to extract full revenue potential of events

·       Manage the creation and distribution of Middle East internal and external communications

·       Manage the relationships with the firm’s PR agency and legal directories

·       Manage and prepare legal directory and awards submissions

·       Manage the Middle East pages on our website and intranet

·       Manage the Middle East lists in InterAction and ensure compliance with GDPR

·       Work with our design agency to produce eye-catching, brand-consistent marketing collateral, including evolving the Middle East practice popular portfolio of print and online legal guides and tools 

·       With the BD team, ensuring all information relating to Middle East capability and experience is regularly collated, kept up-to-date and shared via various internal newsletters

·       Manage and contribute to wider marketing projects as required offering the Middle East perspective

 

Skills:

·       This role is only available to UAE nationals with a family book.

·       The successful candidate must have at least 3 years’ marketing experience ideally within a law firm/business-to-business environment 

·       Ideally candidates will have gained experience of sales and marketing, particularly within the area of developing thought leadership campaigns which enhance brand recall and recognition

·       Effective time and project management are critical, coupled with the ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines

·       Proven ability to build and nurture strong internal relationships in order to implement change and make things happen

·       Excellent client facing networking skills

·       Familiarity with the LexisNexis InterAction CRM system would be beneficial

·       Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills

·       Fluent written English and must be capable and confident to create new content

·       A positive, proactive approach, creativity, tenacity and energy

·       Confident to communicate and work up and down the hierarchical chain

·       Your previous experience will demonstrate an ability to multi-task, possess strong information assimilation skills and work effectively under pressure

·       Your previous experience will demonstrate an ability to develop relationships and capacity to use influencing skills to gain credibility across all levels within a firm 

·       You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills 

·       You will be a team player with passion and ambition to develop a real competitive advantage in this exciting market place
