KSA National Recruitment Specialist for an International Professional Services Firm

 

 

To oversee and manage recruitment and to proactively provide professional support to project teams and enable sourcing of the best candidates in the marketplace.

 

Responsibilities:

·       Support and coordinate professional end to end recruitment services

·       Develop and manage a recruitment database in Taleo ensuring that the details of quality candidates are maintained and utilized for future vacancies

·       Ensure that recruitment processes are maintained in line with company policy and best practice for data protection and equal opportunity legislation

·       Define the process to source candidates, database, direct search via LinkedIn or other sources

·       Manage the application process ensuring candidates are responded to professionally and promptly at relevant stages of selection

·       Manage the Taleo data base together with other HR teams

·       Perform initial CV screening against key duties and responsibilities where appropriate

·       Coordinate   and   manage   the   interview   process   with   relevant   project stakeholders

·       Manage the timely and professional delivery of administration related to the offer process: production of offer letters, employment contracts and reference checks

·       Ensure contracts are issued signed, filed and scanned, and maintain the contract database

·       Ensure that all new starters’ documentation is collated and processed, ensuring Kearney is legally compliant with legislative and administrative requirements (new starter forms, input details into People Soft database system, photograph, personnel file creation)

·       Produce timely reports relating to vacancies, time to hire, and recruitment costs

 

Skills

·       KSA National with excellent English communication skills

·       Proficient in general Windows and in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)

·       Proficiency in LinkedIn search tools

·       Proficient in Taleo and other HR tools

·       Proven excellent administrative skills and good telephone manner

·       Proven ability to plan and organize quickly and effectively, taking responsibility for own work

·       Relevant work experience in a professional, corporate, customer-focused driven business. Preferably an international firm.

·       Direct experience in executive search or Recruiting function

·       Experience in managing business partners, agency relationships and candidate communication

·       HR background and experience preferred

·       Working experience in GCC
